What do you mean by that?

I had a fuel pump fail because of squirrel damage. The engine stalled, I had to pull over. They towed it using battery power, but when they drove it to the lot, the battery got over-discharged and Hyundai wouldn’t cover it under warranty. I had to pay $4K and higher insurance premiums. Now, I’m looking to trade this in for a company that values customer loyalty.
