They have a mirrored finish. I’ve ordered matte finish ones to try. I’ve never seen sunglasses not be tinted, so I hope that’s not the cause.

I wear polarized Costa del Mar lenses and Maui Jims, and I never have the alarm go off.
My non-polarized Ray-Ban Wayfarers don’t work, but another style of Ray-Bans does fine. Still, I have issues when the sun is coming from about the 10:00 position in the late afternoon. It seems to be the reflection of the sun on my glasses.
Has anyone been able to disable the auto stop-start or make it default to off at startup? I know you can buy something to do it, but I don’t want to risk voiding the warranty by installing it myself. I wish this could be done through the software.
Try taping a wallet-sized photo of yourself in front of the camera.
