During the last few hours, I was struggling with my daughter’s Hyundai i10 reverse camera, which stopped working a few weeks ago. It started with video noises when she switched to reverse, and after a while, it stopped working completely. I began by checking the rear camera and connections, and everything looked fine, especially since it’s a relatively new car. After finishing all visual checks I could, I turned to the internet, YouTube, and even AI for help, but found no useful information. Eventually, I decided to connect an OBD II dongle to the car, and after changing a few monitoring screens without any real configuration changes, the camera started working normally. It seems that entering the car’s computer system released the bug that caused the camera to stop working.
