I think it helped that my issue was simple and quick to verify. I showed up right as they opened, and they confirmed it in seconds. They might’ve had the part in stock, but it took a few days before they could actually fix it.

So does that mean I don’t need an appointment for my backup camera issue?
I was surprised my last service was scheduled the same week. My car needed an alignment, and they got me in the next day. Maybe things have changed recently, but it felt way quicker than usual.
