4 weeks in service and an expected 3 weeks to go. What good is a 100K 10 Year warranty if it takes MONTHS to get service. No loaner, no rental reimbursement just live without a car for months till it gets finished. We have a 23 Santa Cruz with just over 13K miles and the dual clutch transmission failed. took a week and a half just to get the diagnostics done. Another week for Hyundia to approve the repair. Was told a week for the new transmission to arrive and week or more to install. Such a bad business model.
My dealership gave me a loaner for free for the 2 months it was going to take to replace the engine in my 2015 sonata. Only took so long cuz the engine failed in March 2020 so covid kind of ruined any potential of quick shipping from South Korea.
I’d find the information for Hyundai corporate so that they’ll get you a loaner car for free
