Need Help: How to Replace Hyundai Key Fob Battery?

My Hyundai key fob has been acting up lately, and I think the battery needs replacing. Anyone know the steps to do this? Any tips to avoid messing it up? Thanks a ton!

Replacing the battery in your Hyundai key fob is a straightforward process. Here are the steps to help you out:

  1. Remove the mechanical key: Press the button on the back of the key fob to release the mechanical key.
  2. Open the key fob: Insert the mechanical key into the slot on the side of the key fob and gently twist it to open the fob.
  3. Remove the old battery: Carefully lift the old battery out using a small flathead screwdriver or a similar tool.
  4. Insert the new battery: Place the new CR2032 battery into the slot with the positive (+) side facing down.
  5. Reassemble the key fob: Align the two halves of the key fob and press them together until they click into place.
