Is this an Elantra? Why do they have those handles for the passenger? I get it for the N trim but why for the non-N trims too? Am I just salty that mine doesn’t have a handle?

I have an N-Line and dislike the handle. It makes it hard for the passenger to reach the charging ports. Also, it hinders other activities.
