Does anyone know what this part is called? I drive a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe.
The quarter panel is the rear part between the rear door and the boot. The part between the front door and bonnet is called the fender.

Front of car to be more specific.
This is a fender. A quarter panel is the part at the rear, over the tires. Most people use the terms interchangeably but they are two separate parts.
Passenger fender, runs around $60-80 primed.
Edit: The plastic trim would be the flare for the trim.
The fender? Or the piece of trim plastic attached to it?
Wheel
Depends where you are in the UK, these are called a front wing.
Right front fender and the wheels arch moulding is missing.
Right fender
That part is named expensive. Fender or quarter panel.
Tire in North America, tyre in the UK and possibly Australia though I’m not sure about that last one.
Body shop
Offside front wing if you’re English.
Right front quarter panel.

What is the front quarter panel on a car? It’s a side section of an automobile body between the door and the trunk or between the door and the hood. A dent in a rear/front quarter panel.
@VeracruzVanguard
Regardless of what the internet says, there is no such thing as a front quarter panel. It’s a fender. Or a wing in the UK.

It’s not just the Internet. My physical dictionary that was published before there was an internet has basically the same definition.
