I’ve been having problems with my car alarm going off randomly since a recent front-end accident. After some investigation, I believe the issue is with the hood latch sensor not being fully depressed. I’ve temporarily unplugged the sensor, but I’m wondering if that might cause any other issues down the line.
The car is a bit of a lemon, and I don’t plan on spending any money on it since I’m getting rid of it soon. Just looking for some insights…
