Hey everyone… I’ve been feeling so exhausted lately, like no matter how much I sleep, I’m still dragging. Anyone else tried to figure out why this is happening? IDK if it’s the change in season or what, but I’m just over it!

Maybe it’s just the weather? I always get tired when it gets colder.
I’ve been feeling sluggish too. Might need to get more exercise… but who has the energy?
