Brake pedal went to floor

What does it mean when the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor? I pressed the brake pedal, and it went down further than usual. Is this a serious issue, and what could be causing it?

If you’re driving when this happens, safely pull over to the side of the road or onto the shoulder as soon as possible. Use caution and signal to alert other drivers of your intentions.

Yikes, sounds like your brakes are more laid-back than a lazy Sunday! It’s serious—could be a fluid leak or worn pads. Better get it checked unless you plan to stop Flintstone-style! :red_car::dash:

Great advice! If your brake pedal feels unusually soft, pulling over safely is crucial. Signal your intentions to keep other drivers informed as you find a secure spot.
