Yours is the first post I’ve seen about rod bearing issues with the MPI Nu, and I’ve been following this forum for a while.

Search around—you’ll find them. People don’t post as much anymore. After reading about folks on their third GDI engine, I realised Hyundai has serious problems. You could run a Honda or Toyota with no oil, and it’d still survive.
