I recently got a P2181 error code on my Hyundai and I’m trying to figure out what it means and how serious it is. Can anyone shed some light on this specific code? Fingers crossed something you do works. Look into the lawsuit. Also pull up your cars recalls. If you have a buddy with a shop tow it there and have them run a full check. If it comes down to you need a new engine, get it touch with hyundai. If it’s used, and your not the first owner check the carfax or Vin and see if it’s had the replacement already.
