I’m considering buying a Hyundai Santa Cruz and would love to connect with other owners or enthusiasts to get more insights and advice. I’m particularly interested in learning about their real-world experiences, maintenance tips, and any modifications they might recommend.
Does anyone know of a good forum or online community dedicated to the Hyundai Santa Cruz? I’m looking for a place where I can find detailed discussions, reviews, and support from fellow Santa Cruz owners.
My Santa Cruz is a turbo variant, so I think it has plenty of power; some owners feel that it is underpowered. I truly like my Santa Cruz. You might want to choose the Tucson (upon which the Santa Cruz is built) if gas mileage is a top concern. On the interstate, I get about 28 mpg; the Tucson Hybrid is rated for 38 mpg. There is a hybrid (2WD only) Ford Maverick, but good luck finding one. Though this is just speculation, there are claims that Hyundai will eventually release a hybrid Santa Cruz.
Hyundai’s 10-year power train guarantee allays my concerns about their dependability.
