What are you all paying each month for insurance on newer Tucsons?
My provider (State Farm) just gave us a quote of $213/month for a new 2025 Hybrid Limited, which seems really high.

Is that for full coverage or just liability? Can’t believe the difference .

Wow… should I leave the city for a lower insurance rate?
Nahhh
$106 with Progressive, and it covers both me and my husband… it’s for a 2022 SEL
I think location affects this a lot. I moved from State Farm to Liberty Mutual because State Farm was too pricey for my '22 Tucson SEL. Also, I wasn’t a fan of the driving tracking device with State Farm. At least with Liberty Mutual, I only had to use it for around 90 days for a discount.
@lenoxreloya
Yeah, at least State Farm only tracks you while driving. GEICO tracks your phone all the time! I decided it wasn’t worth the huge privacy invasion.

Seriously? That’s way too much.

Watch out for Liberty Mutual when it’s time to renew. I had them since 2017 for home and auto, but in February, they tried to renew me for just under $3700 per year (about $308/month), which was over twice my previous rate! They couldn’t explain why. Switched to Allstate in Texas and now pay about $110 per month.
@Matt
That’s insane! Thanks for the heads-up!
State Farm quoted me $140 a month for my 2024 Hybrid… full coverage… then Progressive quoted me $350 for six months including rental insurance. Definitely shop around.
Your age, driving history, and area probably matter more than the car make and model.
My rate is similar here in NYC with lower coverage through GEICO. I had an accident last year that wasn’t my fault.
We pay around $160/month with Progressive. Both my wife and I are on the policy with a 2024 Hybrid Blue.
$126 per month here
$1400 annually with Travelers for a 2024 SEL.
$131 per month with USAA. Full coverage for a 2025 Limited.
