So neat, sometimes I feel like I’m in a cockpit.
Thank goodness for the 2026 refresh. The current design looks dated compared to the newer 2025 models.

The dual screens and lower switchgear definitely feel old. And that steering wheel still feels like ‘old’ Hyundai. The Santa Fe interior blows it out of the water. Excited to see what the 2026 update brings, especially with the new 2.5T hybrid!
@Mia
I like the Santa Fe interior too, but I don’t love how the gear is next to the steering. Also, I hated the boxy design. I almost went with the Santa Fe Limited Hybrid, but the Palisade Calligraphy won me over. No regrets!
@RooneyOnWheels
The steering column shifter really frees up space in the center console. It’s also intuitive, so you don’t have to look at it much.

Totally agree. It’s especially handy when doing a 3-point turn. I grew up with column shifters, so this feels like a modern take on that.
@Mia
This looks WAY better than the Santa Fe. That one looks cheap and fake-modern.

You clearly haven’t been in either vehicle, especially the new Santa Fe.

I’ve been in both, and the new Santa Fe is NOT nicer. It’s poorly built and the layout doesn’t make sense.
It’s a downgrade in quality, really disappointing to see.
You think you’re making a point, but it just comes off as nonsense. The Santa Fe has modernized the cabin, and the 2026 Palisade will follow. But right now, the current Palisade does feel dated.

It might look outdated for Hyundai, but it’s still better than any other screen setup in its class.
I’ve had both the Palisade and the new Santa Fe. You can’t go wrong with either. You’ll love your Palisade—congrats!

Thanks!
It’s crazy people think this interior looks outdated.

It’s mostly because Hyundai and Kia are pushing the new 12.3-inch screen setups. The 10-inch gauge cluster in the Palisade still fits better in the steering wheel and is ahead of the competition.

Same here!
That’s exactly why I went with the Palisade over the Telluride.

Good choice!
I’m thinking of trading in my Sonata N Line. I keep having the same issue. The Palisade looks nice.
