I’m looking for a Type C port for fast phone charging in my car. It didn’t come with one, and I couldn’t find any options online.
Thanks everyone, but I don’t need a cable, just the Type C port for fast charging in my car. It didn’t come with one

This is a forum. Before asking, you need to explain the difference between a cable and a port. What were you expecting? A bit of clarity would have helped
The person who posted this asks about a Type C port, but the replies keep mentioning Type C cables. Could someone clarify?
You guys are missing the point. He’s trying to replace the entire port. Have you tried looking on rockauto?
Here is a link that might help you find the replacement part for your car’s Type C port: Link
I think he wants to replace his USB-A port with the Type C port, the kind that comes on the 25+ models. Or are those still USB-A?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Are you asking where to buy a Type C cable or the actual port?
I searched “USB Type C cable” on Amazon and found a lot of options.

I think they’re referring to the port itself, not the cable.

Oh! I see now .
It would probably be easier to use a Type A to Type C cable instead.

Yeah, much easier.
It looks like a standard USB-C port. It might be just for charging and not for data transfer, based on the battery symbol. The left side looks a bit odd when zoomed in, but that could just be the image.
@TaraSimmons
I think it’s just the image, but they are asking about the port, not the cable.

The person who posted this should be more clear about what they’re asking for.
You can find USB-C ports everywhere—gas stations, gadget stores, it’s everywhere now.
Do you have a Walmart, Target, or Best Buy nearby?

They’re asking for a port replacement, not a cable.
