Hey guyz…
I recently took my 2019 Hyundai Tucson to the dealer because of dashboard lights indicating issues with the front and rear collision systems. The dealer diagnosed the problem as faulty rear wheel sensors—both of them at the same time, which seemed odd to me.
They said it would take 4 hours to replace the sensors, charging $270 per hour, totaling around $1,500 for the repair. They mentioned that there’s a specified time for repairs, and I’d like to verify this with Hyundai.
Does anyone know where or how I can create a claim or inquiry with Hyundai USA? What’s the best course of action to address this with Hyundai and possibly challenge the time and cost quoted by the dealer?
