Take it to the dealership and have them check it out.

It definitely is an electrical issue. I had a 2021 model that had issues literally the first week I drove off the lot. The battery would constantly drain. I went through a total of 3 car batteries and still had the same issue.
On another note, is your speedometer on the left side of the digital display and the rpms on the right side? Some reason mine had that and it always bothered me as every car has the rpms on the left and speedometer on the right. I couldn’t find a way to swap it around IF it was even possible with the new Elantra digital display.
@ElantraLOVEr3
Don’t know if it’s possible. I hope nothing else goes wrong because I have a bad understanding when it comes to my money

Did they actually look at it or did you just stop by and make an appointment?
I suspect you just drove by and made an appointment since it happened earlier today. For sure that is all they will say, “likely electrical”, what else are they going to say? It’s not common and they haven’t had a tech look at it.
Give us an update when they actually look at it.
If you think your car model/brand is the only one that has whacked-out issues with tech you are mistaken.
@Terryanne
I went in, showed him, he said it needs to be put through diagnostics. He’s seen it before but not on a Kona. Will do.

So it’s repairable. It’s not the end of the world. You make it sound like they could do nothing to help you out.
@Terryanne
I didn’t make it sound like anything. I asked what it could be.

Hopefully they can look at it and resolve it quickly.

It looks like an electrical interference issue. The displays are showing correctly, it’s just when the cameras come on that happens.
@AminaCooks
yes

Haha. What else could it be, mechanical?
