I have a 2005 Elantra with a 4-speed automatic transmission. When I bought it, I noticed that the right front turn signal and right bumper side light wouldn’t illuminate when I turned on the lights. I initially thought it might be the bulbs, so I replaced both, but there was no change. I then replaced both connectors where the bulbs fit, yet the issue persisted. The wires don’t appear damaged or cut. A friend, who checked the car’s codes (I bought it with the check engine light on), suggested it might be a grounding issue. He mentioned that the code I have (P0501 VSS code) indicates that the connector wires share the same ground. The VSS looks brand new, so it seems fine. Could you help me locate the ground for these wires?
